365vegas Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "365vegas" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 365vegas.net, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 365vegas platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a Player's account, including real-money balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be staked across eligible games before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot, live dealer table, sports betting market, or fishing game accessible on the 365vegas platform.
• "Services" refers to the full suite of online gaming, betting, payment processing, and customer support facilities provided by 365vegas.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by 365vegas prior to processing withdrawals or as required by applicable regulations.
• "RNG" refers to the independently certified Random Number Generator systems governing casino game outcomes on the platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency on the 365vegas platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 365vegas platform, creating a Player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the 365vegas platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the 365vegas platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 365vegas or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 365vegas or any affiliated gaming platform, or your self-exclusion period has lawfully expired.
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated or otherwise restricted from entering into binding legal contracts under applicable law.

365vegas uses automated systems and manual review procedures to identify and prevent underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after deducting any amounts already wagered.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 365vegas platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method details, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. 365vegas employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you have authorised such activity.
• Notifying 365vegas immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

365vegas reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Accounts registered with false or misleading information will be immediately closed and any balance held pending investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 365vegas platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL Bank Transfer
• UBL Bank Transfer
• Meezan Bank Transfer
• Allied Bank Transfer
• SadaPay
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)
• Retail Cash Deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be subject to change. 365vegas does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 365vegas accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours and are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to uncompleted wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.
• 365vegas reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing large withdrawals.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction and are irreversible once submitted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

365vegas offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit within the promotional window.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• During the wagering period, maximum bet sizes may be restricted. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum during bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 365vegas reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the records held by 365vegas shall be considered definitive.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 365vegas platform are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. General betting rules include:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 365vegas system and a bet reference number is issued.
• 365vegas reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or void markets at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or error in odds pricing.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and are processed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance — not at the odds prevailing at the moment the bet was submitted.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may vary by game type, event, and account history.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game or sports event, the bet will be settled in accordance with the documented outcome at the time of the failure. Bets placed in error due to technical issues will be reviewed individually.
• Cricket betting markets including PSL fixtures, international Tests, T20s, and ODIs are governed by the sports betting rules specific to each market type, which are published within the sportsbook section.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365vegas platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in multiplayer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform as a mechanism for passing illegally obtained funds through the deposit and withdrawal system.
• Conducting chargebacks through payment providers after winnings have been paid or while a balance remains in the account.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed toward 365vegas staff or other players via any channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

365vegas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the Player's own request, including via the self-exclusion mechanism.
• By order of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus liabilities, disputed amounts, and any funds under investigation will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to successful KYC completion. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365vegas platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video, audio, and database compilations — is the proprietary property of 365vegas or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the 365vegas platform without prior written authorisation from 365vegas.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365vegas and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events beyond 365vegas's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where 365vegas has not been negligent in its security obligations.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, even if 365vegas has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

365vegas does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for implementing appropriate device security measures.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data submitted by Players to 365vegas is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at 365vegas.net/privacy-policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes verification checks, transaction monitoring for fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, and communications relating to your account and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.

13 Responsible Gaming

365vegas is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players have access to the following tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at configurable intervals during gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 365vegas platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: On-screen prompts reminding you of your session duration and net wagering position.

Gambling must be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. 14 Amendments to Terms

365vegas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material, 365vegas will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notification on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 365vegas platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact our support team at [email protected].

The version of the Terms and Conditions displayed on the platform at any given time is the operative version. Players are responsible for reviewing the Agreement periodically. 365vegas will always display the date on which the current version was last updated.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the 365vegas international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 365vegas platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under the applicable gaming licence. 365vegas's records of all transactions, wagers, game outcomes, and communications shall be considered prima facie evidence in any dispute proceeding, subject to demonstrable error.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.
